EXCHANGE & REFUND
Can I exchange my order?
Yes, exchanges are available within 24 hours of receiving your order. To make the process easier, you also have the option to try on the item while the courier is still present.
What can I exchange?
Exchanges are valid for size changes only. changing colors or designs is not permitted
How many times can I exchange an item?
Each item can only be exchanged once. After the first exchange, the same item cannot be exchanged again.
Is there a fee for exchanges?
Yes, all exchanges come with a fixed fee of 150 EGP.
Can I request a refund instead?
No, refunds are not offered. Our policy only allows for exchanges under the conditions mentioned above.
