Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of receiving your order, and you can even try the item while the courier is still there. Exchanges are only available for size changes—changing colors or designs isn’t allowed. Each item can be exchanged once only, and a fixed fee of 150 EGP applies to every exchange. Refunds are not available.
